Four-plus hours. Forty-plus horror icons. One last chance to get your name carved into the credits — literally. Slasher Trash, the mega-documentary on obscure slashers, is in the final days of its crowdfunding campaign, per Daily Dead’s reporting, and the collector’s edition puts backers’ names right in the film’s credits.
The lineup reads like a Fangoria fever dream: David Howard Thornton (Art the Clown himself), Grady Hendrix, Caroline Munro, William Lustig, and dozens more genre lifers, all paying tribute to the slashers that never got their due. We’re talking deep cuts, fiends — the movies that bled on VHS shelves while the franchises hogged the spotlight.
Why This Matters
Obscure slashers are sacred text around here. A four-hour deep dive with this roster isn’t content — it’s a historical document with a body count.
The clock’s ticking, creeps. Immortality doesn’t stay on sale forever. Keep it locked on Think Horror.
