Plot summary
Ohm Bauman, a reclusive novelist played by Adam Scott, goes to a remote Irish inn to scatter his parents’ ashes at the place they spent a honeymoon. The staff tell him an old witch haunts the honeymoon suite. A woman disappears. The visions that follow are tied to his own past, not only to the local story.
Spoiler section: the ending
The inn’s legend is not a story Ohm can research his way out of. The disappearance and the suite are the same problem. The film leaves him inside the confrontation rather than handing the witch a last speech.

McCarthy directed after Oddity. Producers include Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, and the Tailored Films team. NEON released it. Streaming debut is Hulu on October 10, 2026, after a May 1 theatrical opening.
