Plot summary
Baron Bailey, called Bear, works at a music store with his crush Nikki and their friends Ian and Sarah. After his cat dies, he goes to a crystal shop for a gift and instead buys a One Wish Willow, a novelty that claims to grant one wish if broken. He wishes Nikki would love him. She does. The wish does not stop at affection.
Spoiler section: the ending
The granted love is not a romance the film lets Bear keep. Nikki’s devotion becomes possession, and undoing the wish does not return the people it has already changed. The film ends on the price, not on a second wish.
